Authors of accepted papers are kindly asked to pay the registration fees to complete the registration process, if publication and presentation are required. Listeners are also need to make the payment if they plan to attend the conference.
*For accepted papers, please ensure that at least one author completes the registration process by paying the fees.
*For student registration, please provide a copy of valid proof such as student ID. Should you be unable to provide such proof, we kindly ask that you pay the non-student fee.
*Please be advised that registration fees are non-refundable after May 30th, 2024, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Important Notes:
*Only if the first author of your paper is a Student and is unemployed, then you can register at Student Author price.
*One registration is valid only for one person and covers only one paper. The person who is registered should be an Author or co-Author.
*The conference is non-residential and delegates are kindly requested to make their own arrangement for accommodation.
Cancellations and Substitutions:
*All requests for cancellations must be in writing. No refund will be made after May 30th, 2024, but substitute delegates are acceptable. There will be a 40USD/300RMB service charge on all refunds.
*All the registrations for published papers in the proceedings cannot be cancelled.
*If the author cannot attend the conference due to some personal reasons, such as travel difficulty, visa issue, healthy problem, or financial problem, registrations fees will not be refund.
*In case that the authors' countries/regions are still enforcing COVID-19 quarantine or travel restrictions, authors can submit a written statement to state their policy. Such special circumstance will be accommodated and online platform will be provided accordingly.

Guide for Camera-Ready Paper Submission: *The final camera-ready papers must be limited to a maximum of 12 pages in the single-column format, including the bibliography and any possible appendices. Please do not include page numbers in the final camera-ready papers.
*Preparing the final version of your paper, it is important that you address all relevant critical comments of reviewers, and include all the author details.
*It is strictly required to use the prescribed paper format and referencing style. The template is the same as for initial submissions.
*Please note that CTCNet 2024 organizers reserve the right to reject your paper, if you don't modify your paper accordingly.
*Authors of accepted papers must submit completed copyright forms along with the final camera-ready papers. Papers submitted without copyright forms will not be published.
*The submission link for copyrights and final camera-ready papers will be provided by the conference organizer, and the detailed submission guidelines will be sent to your Email address.
